Shipping...
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.
We have a flat rate of $13 shipping for all orders up to $200 and free shipping for all orders over $200. Express postage is available at a cost of $20.00
The shipping rate will appear in your cart once you have entered your address.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. If there is going to be a delay in sending your order, we will contact you with details.
Standard post generally takes 2-3 business days once posted. However, please note that delivery time can vary on your location.
Once your order is posted, he tracking details will be sent to you in a confirmation email so you can track your parcel.
International shipping requests are currently dealt with on an individual basis so please reach out with what you are after. We can then issue a quote based on the cost of postage and so forth.

Returns...
We aim to make your experience as positive as possible. If your purchase is the wrong
size or you are unhappy with the style, we are happy to have you return the item and issue you with a STORE CREDIT ONLY to the value of the item. This credit can be used in-store or online.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date your return is received. We do not offer exchange or returns on sale items.
If you are exchanging an item, the cost of the postage for the replacement item will be at your expense.
If you would like to return an item for credit, please contact us via email or phone, do not just post items back without contacting us. Please note the cost of the return postage is again, at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Raw Fibre, so we advise that you use a postal service that ensures the value of the items you are posting.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
It can take up to 5 business days for your return to arrive at our shop. Once your item has been received the credit will be applied to your account and available to use on your next purchase.
Faulty Items...
We check all of our garments carefully, however we do offer refunds on faulty garments only. It is the customers responsibility to check the garment for faults when they receive it and to notify us within 7 days. If a fault is found in the garment after that time, we will not
accept it for a refund or exchange.
General Sizing Guide...
To help you out and given that sizing can vary greatly between brands, we have provided a general guide for you to consider.
In general an XS = 8, S = 10, M = 12, L = 14, XL = 16
Please note that sizing does vary slightly on different styles and brands. Where we feel it is necessary, we will add sizing notes in the
description of a garment.
